Solid Clouds hf.: Notice of share capital increase

As previously announced, Solid Clouds’s hf. Board of Directors decided to increase the Company´s share capital with the issue of 147,600,945 new shares following a private placement and a public share offering.

The share capital increase has been registered with the Register of Enterprises. The total share capital of Solid Clouds hf. is now ISK 331,799,571 nominal value.

The new shares have been issued by the Nasdaq CSD Iceland, and will be delivered to relevant shareholders on 29 February 2024. These shares are also scheduled for admission to trading on the same day.
