Election of board of Solid Clouds hf
As only five candidacies were received for the five-member board of the company, and these were from the current members, they are automatically re-elected.
Sigurlina Ingvarsdóttir (current chairman)
Sigurlina Ingvarsdóttir holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iceland and has been a board member since 2021. A veteran in the game industry, with management experience from CCP, EA, Ubisoft and DICE, she has worked on some of the largest games in the world, including Star Wars Battlefront and FIFA. She is a founding partner at Behold Ventures, a gaming investment fund.
Ólafur Andri Ragnarsson (current vice-chairman)
Ólafur Andri Ragnarsson holds an MSc in Computer Science from Oregon University and has been a board member since 2015. Ólafur is one of the founders of the gaming company Betware and helped found Raw Fury AB, a Swedish game publisher. He is the Managing Director at Klambratún, a investment company.
Svanhvit Friðriksdóttir
Svanhvit Friðriksdóttir holds an M.A. degree in Public Relations and Public Communications from the University of Westminster and has been a board member since 2017. Svanhvit was the senior vice-president of communications and marketing at WOW air and works as a public relations consultant and owner of SF Communications.
Brynjólfur Erlingsson
Brynjólfur Erlingsson holds an M.Sc degree in Engineering and Management of Information Systems from Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan. He has deep industry experience in acquiring users and analysing their behavior in online games. Brynjólfur is head of growth of Toca Boca and before that worked for game studios such as Mojang, Paradox Interactive, DICE, and CCP.
Eggert Árni Gislason
Eggert Árni Gislason holds a Cand. oecon. degree in Business from the University of Iceland and has been a board member since 2020. Eggert has invested in startups such as CCP and Play and is the General Manager of Mata hf. He also serves on the boards of several other companies.
There are three positions of alternate directors, for which the Company has received four candidates.
Bergvin Oddsson
Bergvin Oddsson holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Iceland. He is the manager and founder of several hospitality businesses and has served in various roles in not-for-profit organizations. Bergvin is the Managing Director of 900 veitingar.

Davíð Gunnarsson
Davíð Gunnarsson studied Computer Science, Economics, and Finance at the University of Iceland and the University of Iowa. He has worked in various roles in the finance and technology industries, as well as for non-profit organizations. Davíð serves as the CEO of Dohop.
Guðmundur Ingi Jónsson
Guðmundur Ingi Jónsson holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Iceland and has been a board member since 2017. Guðmundur was the chairman of GreenCloud, which was sold to NetApp in 2017 and is the managing director of Kjölur Investment Company.
Heimir Þorsteinsson
Heimir Þorsteinsson holds a Cand. oecon. degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Iceland and has been a board member since 2020. He is a state-authorized accountant in Iceland. Heimir has extensive experience in finance and auditing as a former audit partner at Deloitte. He is the VP of finance at Alvogen.
