The board of Solid Clouds hf convenes the Annual General Meeting on Friday, 28 April 2023, at 4:00 p.m. in the main auditorium of Arion Bank, Borgartún 19, Reykjavík

Agenda:

1. Election of the director of the meeting
2. Report of the board on the previous year’s operations
3. Approval of the Company’s annual financial statements for the previous operational year
4. A decision on the disposition of the Company’s profit or loss on the previous year’s operations
5. Approval of the Company’s wages and terms policy
6. Election of members and alternates to the board of the Company
7. A proposal to amend the Articles of Association
8. Election of the Company’s auditor
9. A decision on remuneration to the Company’s directors and sub-committees
10. Other matters
    1. Presentation of the progress of the Company’s latest game, Starborne Frontiers
