("the Company") hereby announces that it has been informed by Rizzo, Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd ("the Shareholder") that it holds on behalf of clients 1,180,464 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 2.8% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights attached.

The Shareholder has fallen below the 5% threshold on 4th November 2013.
