The following is a company announcement issued by RS2 p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Market Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta), as may be amended from time to time.

The Company announces the launch of its first consumer-facing payment product, the Visa IceTigers Deferred Debit Card and Mobile Application.
This launch follows the recent admission of the Company's regulated German subsidiary as a principal issuing member of Visa and Mastercard in Europe, enabling the Group to directly issue and manage card programmes through its issuing platform, Beyond by RS2.
The IceTigers programme represents the first live deployment of the Group's issuing capabilities and marks an important milestone in the Company's strategic expansion into issuing and co-branded payment programmes.
The programme has been launched as a co-branded deferred debit card linked to SEPA-enabled bank accounts and supported by a mobile application. It also demonstrates the Group's ability to deliver an integrated payment proposition spanning issuing, processing and programme management.
This launch forms part of the Company's broader strategy to expand its issuing and programme management services across the European Union and European Economic Area, while developing additional opportunities in co-branded card programmes and related payment services.
