COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a company announcement issued by RS2 p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Market Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Luke Micallef Capello as Chief AI and Automation Officer (CAAO), a newly established role reflecting the strategic importance of artificial intelligence and automation across the Group. This position will ensure that AI initiatives are aligned with the Company's strategy, supported by strong governance, and deployed securely.

Mr Micallef Capello joined the Company in April 2007 and brings over 15 years of experience in software development and IT operations. He has held senior management roles for the past five years and most recently served as Group Head of AI and Automation. Over the past three years, he has led key AI initiatives, building a team of 15 specialists and delivering enterprise-grade automation and AI solutions.

He has extensive experience across the software development lifecycle, with a strong background in financial technology and payment systems, and has led large, cross-functional teams. Mr Micallef Capello is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) focused on AI and knowledge management, and holds postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in related fields.

There are no matters to be disclosed regarding Mr Luke Micallef Capello in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
