RS2 Software p.l.c. ("the Company") hereby announces that it has been informed by HSBC Bank Malta plc as Custodian of HSBC No-Load Funds Sicav p.l.c. ("the Shareholder") that it holds 983,981 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 2.32% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights attached.

The Shareholder has fallen below the 5% threshold on 4th November 2013.
