The following is a company announcement issued by RS2 Software p.l.c. in compliance with Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules.

Quarterly financial results up to March 2012 have been presented to the Board and these are in line with the budgets set by the Company. The Company continues to be very active in working to attract new business from new and existing clients, with positive prospects in the pipeline.
The Mosta development project is fast moving and on target for a complete move of all operations by the third quarter of this year. The property, when ready, will not only give RS2 the premises fitting to its international profile to attract customers that are larger players in the market, but also opens up opportunities to venture into new business segments, such as the planned managed services.
RS2 Smart Processing Ltd, our managed services arm has been set up during the first half of this year. This new undertaking will complement and enhance the RS2 service offering by providing clients with both alternatives available to them for their card management and processing business, that is licensing and managed services.
