Termination of CEO

The Company announces that Daniela Mielke Chief Executive Officer of RS2 Software Inc. has ended her engagement with effect from 11th December 2020.

The Company wishes her success in her new endeavours.

Appointment of General Manager

The Company would like to announce that Kolja A. Reiss (Passport No. C7LG9FCMP) joined RS2 Software Inc. as the General Manager as from the 11th of December 2020.

At RS2 Software Inc., Mr. Kolja Reiss will be spearheading the scaling of the company in North America, assuming responsibility for overall execution of the corporate strategy in all aspects from product development, sales/marketing, and customer delivery and relationship management.

Previously, he established mopay as a leading mobile payments provider in the United States before it was sold to Boku, and was more recently responsible for the launch of DIMOCO Americas, a subsidiary of Austria-based DIMOCO, with overall responsibility for corporate development and global business development.

Mr. Kolja Reiss is passionate about new technology and how it transforms lives, and regularly speaks at industry events; he also blogs for VentureBeat, Mobile Commerce Daily, and MobilePaymentsToday. Furthermore, he is a mentor at Silicon Valley Ignite Academy.

Mr. Kolja Reiss holds a Master of Science in Business Information Systems of the University of Paderborn, Germany. He resides in San Carlos, California, is married and has three daughters.

There are no matters to be disclosed regarding Mr. Kolja. A. Reiss in terms of the Listing Rules.
