The Company would like to announce that Daniela Mielke (USA Passport No. 516910393) joined RS2 as the Chief Executive Officer of North America as from the 16th February, 2018.

Daniela Mielke will be responsible for RS2's Business for corporate strategy and product development. Additionally she will be responsible for sales and marketing up to project delivery and customer relationship management.

Daniela Mielke's career spans more than 25 years in global management roles with more than fifteen years in payments and related Fintech.

Previously, Daniela Mielke was Chief Strategy and Product Officer at Vantiv (now WorldPay), the largest US merchant acquirer, where she was focused on developing Vantiv's platform vision and strategy and drove innovation and growth initiatives.

Prior to Vantiv, as PayPal's VP of Strategy, Daniela Mielke led the repositioning of the company during a time of major change in the payment industry, As SVP of Strategy at Visa International she was a leader in the effort to prepare Visa's IPO. Daniela Mielke learned her strategy and business building skills at McKinsey. She started her career as a corporate auditor with Nestle.

Daniela Mielke holds an MBA from IMD in Switzerland and graduated from the University of Fribourg with a degree in Economics and Business Administration
