Nicolò Baldacchino Orland, has been appointed as Chief Operation Officer of the Company with effect from the 1st January 2016.

Nicolo' Baldacchino Orland joined the RS2 team in July 2012 and was entrusted with the responsibility of the operational build-up of the RS2's Managed Services proposition. He brings with him a career spanning over 34 years in the banking industry where he worked in a number of diverse areas.

Over the past 25 years Nicolò Baldacchino Orland held a number of senior management positions leading large multi-skilled teams including IT Operations, Internal Audit & Operational Risk Management, Card Services, Customer Experience and Business Transformation.

More recently Nicolò Baldacchino Orland was responsible for Service Delivery which included Contact Centre Services, Multi-Channel Delivery, Card Operations, Change Delivery, Corporate Real Estate, Security, Health & Safety, Credit Operations, and Centralised Back-Office Support Services.

There are no matters which require disclosure under the Listing Rules.
