The following is a company announcement issued by RS2 Software p.l.c. in compliance with Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules.

The Company announces that Mr. Christopher Wood, currently residing at Little Wing, Fairmile Lea, Portsmouth Road, Cobham, Surrey, England has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company effective as from the 4 th October 2013 in accordance with the provisions of Article 55.1(d) of the Articles of Association of the Company.
Mr. Wood, a Chartered Accountant and BSc (Hons) Business Administration graduate from the University of Bath has held various posts in Barclaycard (a division of Barclays Bank plc) and currently sits on Barclaycard's Executive Committee and leads its Enterprise Development and Corporate Affairs function. Mr Wood is also a director of Analog Analytics Inc and Analog Analytics Europe Limited, both subsidiaries of Barclays Bank plc.
There are no further matters that are required to be disclosed in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
