With reference to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Rovsing A/S hereby announces that it has received notification from Christian Klarskov that he has not sold shares but due to a change in share capital and votes from conversion of bonds his holding of shares in Rovsing A/S has decreased, corresponding to 4,76% of the share capital and votes.
