Completion of rights issue and registration of capital increase in Rovsing A/S

Company Announcement no. 406
With reference to company announcements No. 400-2026, 401-2026 and No. 402-2026, Rovsing A/S ("Rovsing") hereby announces that the capital increase of a nominal amount of DKK 3,969,230 consisting of 396,923 shares of a nominal value of DKK 10,00 each, has been registered with the Danish Business Authority.
Out of the total capital increase, the new shares issued in connection with completion of the rights issue amounts to a nominal value of DKK 3,465,220, and the new shares issued in connection with conversion of debt amounts to nominal value of DKK 504,010.
Following registration of the capital increase, the nominal share capital of Rovsing is DKK 11,372,200, divided into 1,137,220 shares, each with a nominal value of DKK 10,00. Each share of DKK 10,00 carries one vote at Rovsing's general meetings, and the total number of votes equals 1,137,200.
The new share capital will be reflected in Rovsing's articles of association which are available on Rovsing's webpage.
