New date for the Annual General Meeting of Rottneros Monday 30 May 2016

Because of administrative/technical problems in connection with the company's publication of the notice in Post- och Inrikes Tidningar the notice of the Annual General Meeting 2016 has not been issued on time.

Rottneros has therefore decided on a new date for the Annual General Meeting 2016, which will take place on 30 May 2016 at 14.00 at the World Trade Center Stockholm, Manhattan Room, Kungsbron 1 in Stockholm. Registration for the Annual General Meeting begins at 13:30.

A new notice will be issued shortly with the new date and with otherwise unchanged decision proposals.
