Change of Auditor

Rectifier Technologies Limited (“RFT” or “the Company”) advises that RSM Australia Partners have been appointed as the Company’s auditor with effect 18 June 2025. This appointment follows the resignation of Grant Thornton Audit Pty Ltd and ASIC’s consent to same.

In accordance with section 327(c) of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be tabled at the Company’s 2025 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of RSM Australia Partners as the Company’s auditor.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Grant Thornton for their assistance and services to the Company to date.
