Resignation of Director

Rectifier Technologies Limited (“RFT” or “the Company”) wishes to advise that Mr Philippe Compagnon has tendered his resignation from the Board, effective today.

Mr Compagnon has served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 6 December 2023. The Board acknowledges Mr Philippe’s significant support to RFT during challenging times and sincerely thanks him for his contribution and unwavering commitment to the Company. The Board wishes Mr Compagnon all the very best for the future.

The Board has determined that its current composition is appropriate for the Company’s operations and will not be seeking to appoint a replacement Director at this time.
