Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Rectifier Technologies Limited (“RFT” or “the Company”) advises, in accordance with ASX Listing rule 3.13.1, that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 18 November 2025.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 21 October 2025.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no lather than 5:00 (AEDT) on Tuesday, 21 October 2025.
