(the _quot;Company_quot;), pursuant to §80(1) of the Regulation of the Ministry of Finance of March 29, 2018, oncurrent and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities andthe conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, items 512 and 685)(the _quot;Regulation_quot;), hereby announces to the public the schedule for thepublication of the Company's periodic reports in 2025.

Extended Consolidated Quarterly Reports (SA-QSr) for:

I quarter of 2025 - May 30, 2025

III quarter of 2025 - November 28, 2025

Extended Consolidated Semi-annual Report (SA-PSr) for the first half of2025 - August 29, 2025

Annual reports:

Separate Annual report for 2024 (SA-R) - April 25, 2025

Consolidated Annual Report for 2024 (SA-RS) - April 25, 2025

Simultaneously, in accordance with § 79(2) of the Regulation, theCompany announces its decision to forgo the publication of theconsolidated quarterly report for Q4 2024 and the consolidated quarterlyreport for Q2 2025.

The Management Board of the Company also informs that, in accordancewith § 62(1) and (3) of the Regulation, the extended consolidatedquarterly reports and the extended consolidated semi-annual report willinclude, respectively, the quarterly standalone financial informationand the standalone condensed semi-annual financial statements of theCompany. The Company will not publish separate standalone quarterlyreports or a separate standalone semi-annual report.
