Małgorzata Kloka jest menadżerką z doświadczeniem w obszarze rynków kapitałowych, finansowania, treasury, analizy finansowej i relacji inwestorskich. Od 2018 r. związana z Grupą Kapitałową Benefit Systems, gdzie aktualnie, na stanowisku Dyrektorki Finansowej, odpowiada za obszar treasury, finansowania i relacji inwestorskich. W poprzedniej roli zawodowej była analitykiem rynku akcji w UniCredit/Pekao Investment Banking. Zajmowała się spółkami z sektora konsumenckiego oraz nieruchomości; jako analityk brała udział w IPO spółek MLP Group i X-Trade Brokers. Posiada tytuł magistra (MSc) Finansów z Imperial College London oraz tytuł CFA. Jest również członkinią komitetu sterującego 30% Club Poland.

Małgorzata Kloka is a manager with experience in the area of capital markets, financing, treasury, financial analysis and investor relations. Since 2018, she has been associated with the Benefit Systems Capital Group, where currently, as the Financial Director, she is responsible for the treasury, financing and investor relations area. In her previous professional role, she was an equity market analyst at UniCredit/Pekao Investment Banking. She has dealt with companies from the consumer and real estate sectors; as an analyst, she participated in the IPO of MLP Group and X-Trade Brokers. He holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London and a CFA degree. She is also a member of the steering committee of 30% Club Poland.
