Report Content The Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. [the 'Company'] announces thattoday, i.e. on 20 June 2024,the Ordinary General Meeting ['OGM'] setthe number of members of the Supervisory Board for the next term ofoffice at 7 and appointed Tomasz Mogilski, Zbigniew Stabiszewski,Włodzimierz Frankowicz, Janusz Pajka, Anna Piotrowska-Kus, OsmanKosmalski and Małgorzata Klok to the Company's Supervisory Board for thenext term of office.
At the same time, the Ordinary General Meeting elected Mr. OsmanKosmalski as the Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board.
