Sub: Allotment of Shares under Company Employee Stock Option Schemes Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board at its Meeting held today, approved the allotment of 21,397 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, subsequent to the exercise of 2,250 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS 2013), 9,150 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS 2014) and 9,997 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2022 (ESOS 2022). Consequent to this, the paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs.37,44,02,470 to Rs.37,46,16,440 and equity shares from 3,74,40,247 to 3,74,61,644. Out of 21,397 equity shares allotted in the meeting, 5,625 equity shares were allotted to Mr. R Ravi Kula Chandran, Chief Financial Officer.

The Company shall apply for the listing and trading permission shortly.
