Sub: Allotment of Shares under Company Employee Stock Option Schemes
Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board at its Meeting held today, approved the allotment of 24,587 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, subsequent to the exercise of 5,812 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS 2013), 9,825 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS 2014) and 8,950 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2022 (ESOS 2022). Consequent to this, the paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs. 37,55,93,910 to Rs. 37,58,39,780 and equity shares from 3,75,59,391 to 3,75,83,978.

The Company shall apply for the listing and trading permission shortly.
