Sub: Allotment of Shares under Company Employee Stock Option Schemes
Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board at its Meeting held today, approved the allotment of 97,747 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, subsequent to the exercise of 6,471 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS 2013), 11,625 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS 2014) and 79,651 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2022 (ESOS 2022). Consequent to this, the paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs.37,46,16,440 to Rs.37,55,93,910 and equity shares from 3,74,61,644 to 3,75,59,391.

Out of 97,747 equity shares allotted in the meeting, 18,000 equity shares were allotted to Mr. Raghuveer Sandesh Bilagi, Chief Operating Officer and 3,750 equity shares were allotted to Mr. R Ravi Kula Chandran, Chief Financial Officer.

The Company shall apply for the listing and trading permission shortly.
