Funds managed by Condire Management, LP have on 11 May 2023 acquired 631,636 shares in Prosafe SE ("Prosafe") and thereby exceeded the 5% disclosure threshold. Following the transaction funds managed by Condire Management, LP, own 631,636 shares in Prosafe, equivalent to approximately 5.3% of the total shares and votes of Prosafe.
