DISCLOSURE OF LARGE SHAREHOLDINGS

On 13th May 2026, The Export & Import Bank of China sold all its 34,022,267 ordinary shares in Prosafe SE (PRS) (the "Company"), resulting in falling below the disclosure threshold.

As a result of the transaction, The Export & Import Bank of China no longer holds any shares in the Company, representing 0% of the Company’s share capital and voting rights, and thus falling below the 5% disclosure threshold.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2, cf. section 4-3, of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
