Board Changes

The Board of Platformo Ltd (ASX:PFM) (the Company ) announces that Mr Raja Ahmad Raja Jallaludin has submitted his resignation, effective today, due to personal circumstances.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Zheng (Kobe) Li as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Li has extensive experience in governance roles for ASX-listed entities, including non-executive director positions. Mr Li currently serves as company secretary for a number of ASX listed entities. He was formerly the company secretary of Dropsuite Limited (ASX: DSE), and has eight years’ experience as a listings advisor with ASX.

Mr Li holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. He is an Australian citizen and resident.

Chairman of the Company, Mr Ben Reichel, said “Raja Ahmad Raja Jallaludin has served the Company with distinction and with great integrity for the past eight years. We would like to thank him for his extensive contribution, including as Chair of our Audit Committee, and we regret that personal circumstances have led to his resignation.

“We welcome Kobe Li as a member of the Board, and look forward to working with him as we develop our plans for the Company”.
