Sub: Updates on Capacity Addition – Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Further to our letter dated 23[rd] May 2022 informing of capacity addition and capex, we are to inform you that the Company has commissioned the capacity at its plant at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra and the sheet metal capacity stands at 72,000 MT as on 31[st] March 2025.

The machining capacity of the Company as on 31[st] March 2025 is 6,33,600 hours and is being increased in a phased manner to reach 6,48,000 hours.
