| 2 The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of ₹ 2.50/- (50%) per equity share of face value ₹ 5/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2026 subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting. | |||||||||

1) 31 మార్చి 2026లో ముగిసిన త్రైమాసికం మరియు సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించిన ప్రయత్నాలకు అర్హత వహించాలి. అర్హత వహించాలి అంది కమిటీ వాలా సమ్మేళనమేయడం మరియు 14 మే, 2026 తేదీని నిర్వహించిన వారి సంబంధిత సమావేశంలో తోడు అది ప్రోత్సహించాలి. అదనంగా ముగిసిన ప్రయత్నాలకు అర్హత వహించాలి. ముఖ్యమైన అంశాలు అంది చేయవచ్చు.
