1 The above financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 has been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 14th May 2026. The statutory auditors have issued audit reports with unmodified opinion on the above results.
2 The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of ₹ 2.50/- (50%) per equity share of face value ₹ 5/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2026 subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting.
3 The figures of the fourth quarter are the balancing figures between the audited year-end figures and the published results upto the third quarter of the respective financial years.

గమనికలు:

1) 31 మార్చి 2026లో ముగిసిన త్రైమాసికం మరియు సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించిన ప్రెసిడెంట్ ఆర్థిక ఫలితాలు అందించే కమిటీ ద్వారా సమర్థించబడినవి మరియు 14 మే, 2026 తేదీని నిర్వహించిన వారి సంబంధిత సమావేశంలో తోడు అది ప్రోత్సహించాల్సిన అవసరం తెలిసినది.

2) 31 మార్చి 2026లో ముగిసిన ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించిన రూ.4/- ముఖ ముందు/ల సంఖ్యలో వాటికి రూ.3.50/- (సర్వం) తో మినహాయింపు తోడు అది ప్రోత్సహించాల్సిన అవసరం తెలిసినది.

3) నాలుగు త్రైమాసికం అంశాలు అనుసరించి ముగిసినందుకు అందించేది అంశాలు మరియు సంబంధిత ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరాలు యొక్క 5వ త్రైమాసికం వరకు ప్రమాణం చేయాల్సిన అవసరం.

4) 7వ తరగతి ఆర్థికంలో అందించే దీపం/అనియతించు/లాభం/ముస్లిమింగ్ 2013లోని స్పష్టం 33 ప్రకారం స్పష్టం చేసిన తర్వాత 31 మార్చి 2026లో ముగిసిన త్రైమాసికం మరియు సంవత్సరానికి ఆర్థిక ఫలితాలు ప్రమాణం చేయాల్సిన అవసరం.
