PIRELLI: DISPONIBILE LA RELAZIONE FINANZIARIA ANNUALE AL 31 DICEMBRE 2019
Milano, 15 aprile 2020 - Si rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2019 comprendente il progetto di bilancio di esercizio, il bilancio consolidato, la relazione sulla gestione e l'attestazione di cui all'art. 154-bis, comma 5, del D.Lgs. 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58 ("TUF"), unitamente alle relative relazioni del Collegio Sindacale e della società di revisione, alla Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario ex D.Lgs. 30 dicembre 2016, n. 254 (capitolo "Relazione sulla Gestione Responsabile della Catena del Valore") corredata dalla relativa relazione della società di revisione, alla Relazione annuale sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari e alla Relazione sulla Remunerazione, redatte rispettivamente ai sensi dell'art. 123bis e 123ter del TUF - è disponibile al pubblico presso la sede della Società in Milano, Viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli n. 25, presso Borsa Italiana S.p.A. e il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket Storage (emarketstorage.com) nonché pubblicata sul sito internet della Società www.pirelli.com.

PIRELLI: ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AS AT 31 DECEMBER 2019 AVAILABLE
Milan, 15 April 2020 - Notice is hereby given that the following documents are available to the public at the Company's Milan headquarters at Viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli 25, at the Italian Stock Exchange, on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket Storage (emarketstorage.com) and on the Company's website www.pirelli.com: the Annual Financial Report, including the draft financial statement, the Consolidated Financial Statement, the management report and the certification pursuant to art. 154-bis, Paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 58 of 24 February 1998 ("CFA"), together with the reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the independent auditors, the Consolidated non-financial disclosure pursuant to Legislative Decree of December 30, 2016, n. 254 (chapter "Report on Responsible Management of the Value Chain") accompanied by its respective Report by the Auditing Company, the annual Report on corporate governance and structure of share ownership and the Remuneration Report, pursuant respectively to article 123bis and 123-ter of CFA.
