Current developments in the petroleum products market and the supply of fuel to service stations

The information contained in this announcement will remain available at Petrol d.d., Ljubljana’s website, www.petrol.si, for at least 5 years from the date of publication.

Petrol d.d., Ljubljana provides information on current fuel supply conditions at service stations with the aim of ensuring equal access to information for all shareholders. Following reduced sales pressure after the recent price increase, the current situation at service stations across Slovenia is improving, and—if such sales trend continues—we expect that conditions could be stabilised by Friday. Ensuring uninterrupted fuel supply remains our top priority.

Due to unexpectedly high demand and rapidly rising prices, combined with a 14-day regulatory adjustment lag, we assess that the current fuel operations are negative.

We welcome the government’s new measure to shift the retail price-setting model to a weekly average, as it will help alleviate supply pressures. Nevertheless, we emphasise that daily price adjustments would be a more appropriate solution.

The presentation is attached.
