Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 19 of Regulation No 596/2014 on Market Abuse in conjunction with Article 158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Gazette of the RS, Nos 77/18, 17/19 – corr., 66/19, 123/21, 45/24 and 77/25), Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following notification:

Sašo Berger, President of the Management Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, bought 400 ordinary shares of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana with the ticker symbol PETG, ISIN SI0031102153, on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on 27 May 2026, in total amounting to EUR 21,200.00 (EUR 53.0 per share).
