Pursuant to the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 19 of Regulation No 596/2014 on Market Abuse in conjunction with Article 158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Gazette of the RS, Nos 77/18, 17/19 – corr., 66/19, 123/21, 45/24 and 77/25), Petrol d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following notification:

Jože Smolič, Member of the Management Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, bought 400 ordinary shares of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana with the ticker symbol PETG, ISIN SI0031102153, in the total amount of EUR 21,120.00 (EUR 52.8 per share), on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on 2 June 2026.
