Persistent Systems to Acquire Software Corporation International and Business of Shree Infosoft; call on Thursday, September 30, 2021

Pune, India – September 29, 2021: Persistent Systems Ltd. (BSE & NSE: PERSISTENT) has announced the acquisitions of Software Corporation International (SCI) and the business of Shree Infosoft Pvt. Ltd, along with select assets (mainly customer contracts) of Shree Partners LLC, USA, the parent company of Shree Infosoft. Charlotte, North Carolina-based SCI, along with its affiliate Fusion360 gives the company greater depth and marquee clients in the fast-growing Payments Business Unit, apart from an additional point of presence in Charlotte, a key hub for the US BFSI industry. On the other hand, East Brunswick, New Jersey-based Shree Partners along with Shree Infosoft provide continuity of critical service delivery to a strategic client, along with an additional delivery footprint in the NCR region, India.

On Thursday, September 30, 2021, at 04:00 PM IST (03:30 AM PT / 06:30 AM ET / 10:30 AM GMT / 06:30 PM SGT) , Persistent’s senior management team will hold an analyst conference call to discuss these acquisitions in greater detail.
