In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular bearing ref. no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 ('SEBI Circulars'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 8, 2026, has approved the transfer of 100% shareholding of Persistent Systems UK Limited from Persistent Systems Limited, India to Aepona Group Limited, Ireland as a part of internal restructuring.
The requisite details as per the SEBI Circulars are as follows:
