Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgevingen van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC

Leuven, BELGIË – 1 6 o k t o b e r 2025 – 18u00 CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een bedrijfmet hoofdkantoorin Leuven, België, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het, in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , de volgende transparantiekennisgevingen heeft ontvangen:

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 15 oktober 2025 van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 2 oktober 2025 1.365.840 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 50.377.523 aandelen bezat en dus onder de drempel (3%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten.

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 15 oktober 2025 van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 6 oktober 2025 6.609.493 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 56.367.609 aandelen bezat en dus boven de drempel (10%) kwam door de aankoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten.

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 15 oktober 2025 van Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 9 oktober 2025 5.583.162 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 56.367.609 aandelen bezat en dus onder de drempel (10%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten.
