Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgevingen van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC

Leuven, BELGIË – 2 Oktober 2024 – 18u00 CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf met hoofdkantoor in Leuven, België, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het, in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , de volgende transparantiekennisgevingen heeft ontvangen:

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 30 September 2024 van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 24 September 2024 246.783 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 1.549.709 aandelen bezat en dus boven de drempel (15%) kwam door de aankoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 1.

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 30 September 2024 van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 26 September 2024 231.254 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 1.549.709 aandelen bezat en dus onder de drempel (15%) kwam door de aankoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 2.

Oxurion ontving een transparantiekennisgeving op 2 Oktober 2024 van Atlas Special Opportunities LLC waaruit blijkt dat het op 2 Oktober 2024 121.000 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 1.549.709 aandelen bezat en dus onder de drempel (10%) kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 3.
