Oriola-KD sale and leaseback of Mölnlycke central warehouse

Oriola-KD Corporation ("Oriola-KD") has signed a sale and leaseback agreement
with Tribona AB (publ) regarding Mölnlycke central warehouse in Sweden. Oriola-
KD will remain as a tenant in the property with a long-term lease agreement.

The selling price is SEK 205 million, equivalent to approximately EUR 21.6
million. As a result of the sale Oriola-KD will recognize a non-recurring
capital gain of estimated EUR 9.1 million for the fourth quarter 2014.
