Release of Securities from Escrow

OpenLearning Limited (‘Company’) advises that 23,103,054 ordinary shares, 10,376,422 unlisted options and 1,375,000 performance rights will be released from escrow on 12 December 2021.

The Company will apply for quotation of the ordinary shares following their release from escrow.
