Annual General Meeting

Sydney, Australia: 31 March 2026: OpenLearning Limited, the AI-powered learning management

system (‘ OpenLearning ’ or ‘ the Company ’) (ASX: OLL) is pleased to announce it will hold its Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2026. The time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent in due course.

An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors. The period for nomination of Directors will close on 9 April 2026. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing and brief biographical details (for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting) of the person nominated.
