Release of Shares from Escrow
In accordance with ASX listing rule 3.10A, OpenLearning Limited (‘Company’) advises that 1,666,666 ordinary shares will be released from escrow on 24 October 2020.
The Company will apply for quotation of the ordinary shares following their release from escrow.
