OpenLearning to hold investor webinar followed by Q&A session

Sydney, Australia, 7 December 2021: Global lifelong learning platform OpenLearning Limited (‘OpenLearning’ or ‘the Company’) (ASX: OLL) advises that it will hold an investor webinar via Zoom on 14th December at 11:30am Australian Eastern Standard Time.

In the webinar, OpenLearning Group CEO & Managing Director Adam Brimo will provide an update on OpenLearning’s operations and discuss the recently announced non-renounceable rights issue and strategic investment by Alchemy Tribridge Sapphire Pty Ltd, an investment group comprised of principals experienced in driving outsized returns in technology businesses.

The webinar is expected to run for approximately 45 minutes.

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. Investors are encouraged to send their questions to investors@openlearning.com. They can also submit questions during the Company’s presentation via the chat function.
