OpenLearning Limited (ASX: OLL) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of OpenLearning Limited (‘OLL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of OLL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 12 October 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

OpenLearning Limtied (ASX: OLL) - Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, OpenLearning Limited (Company) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with respect to the Company’s securities quoted on the ASX.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 the Company advises that:

• a) the reason for the request is pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raise; b) it anticipates that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 12 October 2022 or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the capital raising;

• c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

• d) the capital raising is material to the Company.
