Release of Securities from Escrow

OpenLearning Limited (‘Company’) advises that 20,985,806 ordinary shares and 26,002,220 unlisted options will be released from escrow on 9 December 2020.

The Company will apply for quotation of the ordinary shares following their release from escrow.
