Change of Company Secretary

Sydney, Australia, 9 February 2026: OpenLearning (ASX: OLL) the AI-powered learning management system (LMS) (‘OpenLearning’ or ‘The Company’), wishes to advise the appointment of Mr. Justyn Stedwell as Company Secretary effective from today.

Mr. Justyn Stedwell will be appointed as Company Secretary of the Company, effectively immediately.

Justyn has over 18 years’ experience as a Company Secretary of listed companies across multiple exchanges and has also served as a director of several ASX listed companies. Justyn held the role of Company Secretary for OpenLearning following the Company’s initial public offering in 2019 until March 2022.

Justyn will take over the Company Secretary role from Ms. Maria Clemente and Ms. Sally Greenwood, who have resigned effective immediately. The Company thanks Maria and Sally for their services and welcomes Justyn back as Company Secretary of the Company.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Justyn Stedwell will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
