Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Sydney, Australia, 26 April 2022: Global lifelong learning platform OpenLearning Limited (‘the Company’) (ASX: OLL) advises that Ms Maya Hari has resigned as a Director of the Company effective immediately.

Non-Executive Chairman, Kevin Barry commented: “I would like to thank Maya on behalf of the Board and Shareholders for her valuable experience and knowledge. The Company greatly appreciates the ideas and wisdom she has provided to the Board during her tenure. We wish her well for her future endeavours.”
