Annual General Meeting

OpenLearning Limited is pleased to announce it will hold its Annual General Meeting on 30 July 2020. The time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent in due course.

An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors. The period for nomination of Directors opens today and will close on Thursday, 18 June 2020. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing and brief biographical details (for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting) of the person nominated.
