Ontex: Transparency Declaration Notification
Disclosure made according to the requirements of Article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007
Aalst-Erembodegem (Belgium), 25 October 2016 – Ontex Group NV ("Ontex") discloses the notifications of significant shareholdings that it has received according to the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies.
Between 17 October 2016 and 21 October 2016, Ontex received the following Transparency Declaration Notifications:

- On 17 October 2016, BlackRock, Inc., and its affiliated entities, notified Ontex (1) that it had, as a result of sales of shares, crossed below the threshold of 5.00% of the total number of voting rights in Ontex, (2) that Blackrock Investment Management (UK) Limited had acquired 2,511,638 shares in Ontex and so had crossed the threshold of 3.00% of the total number of voting rights in Ontex to 3.36% and (3) that Blackrock (Luxembourg) SA had crossed below the threshold of 3.00% of the total number of voting rights in Ontex.
