Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd (ASX: NGS) – Suspension from Quotation

The securities of Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd (‘NGS’) will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2 at the request of NGS, pending the release of an announcement by NGS.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain suspended until the earlier of:

• the end of the period stated in NGS’s request for voluntary suspension; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION – ASX: NGS

Dear Mr Flynn,

We refer to the trading halt granted to Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd (the Company) on 1 August 2025.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company hereby requests a voluntary suspension to be implemented for the Company’s securities from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 5 August 2025.

The Company provides the following information in relation to the request:

1. the voluntary suspension is requested as the Company is not yet in a position to make an announcement regarding the proposed capital raising (Announcement);

2. the Company anticipates that the voluntary suspension will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 7 August 2025 or until the release of the Announcement; and

3. the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
